ASID Student Chapter
The American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) is a community of industry representatives, designers, educators and students committed to advancing the interior design profession. Through education, knowledge sharing, advocacy, community building and outreach, the society’s more than 38,000 members and 48 chapters engage in a variety of professional programs and activities that demonstrate and celebrate the power of design to positively change people’s lives.

Mailed from ASID’s headquarters, this card can be used for design center admission, design competitions, chapter program discounts and more.
Scholarships opportunities

ASID extras
As a member of our ASID Student Chapter, you can attend chapter events, seminars, workshops and competitions. You can also participate in STEP programs, which can help you prepare for the NCIDQ examination. These programs allow you to interact with professional designers and continue learning.

ASID’s student-written newsletter is published three times per year and sent to all student members and other design professionals.

Gain access to the “members only” section of ASID’s website, which includes the membership directory, industry partner directory, message board, capitol connections, and other features and services.
Advancement discounts
Upon graduation, discounts for allied membership are offered to student chapter members and student corresponding members, which include partial waivers of membership dues.
